Demon
A demon, also spelled daemon, respectively, is any malevolent spiritual being that mediates between the transcendent and temporal realms. is a supernatural being, typically associated with evil. Created from the accumulated misery and darkness born of the destruction of human souls, demons are universally malign and immoral in their actions and dealings. They are feared largely due to their power to possess living creatures. Throughout history, demons have tortured mankind, and are the cause of many natural disasters and diseases.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Many have humanoid features, some may have bat wings and horns. Some may look like animals, mainly Yokai. I.G Ningyo is fish with the head of a woman. Kappa are green, amphibious humanoid creatures that have webbed hands and feet, they also wear a turtle shell. Tengu are said to be human or avian or monkey-like features.
Biological Traits
they can take on any shape or form. Since there are many different types it's hard to use appearance to describe them. Some look like normal human beings, others may have supernatural characteristics and unnatural features such as white skin, and pupilless eyes.
Genetics and Reproduction
Although their true way of reproducing is unknown, Demons can reproduce with other species the same way humans would. Some demons are believed to be capable of asexual reproduction.
Some examples are Ronnie and Xavier, whose mother is a demon while their father is the Vampire King, and Somena who had a daughter with Eira and a human girl.
Ecology and Habitats
Habitats may differ in different types of demons. Kappa inhabits ponds and rivers. A majority of demons reside in the demonic realm, or live in dark gloomy places.

Demons don't need to eat to survive. They do enjoy human flesh
