Joshua is the sole Dwarven Prince. He was raised underground in the Dwarven Palace in Dwarf City. He met Prince Callum when he was young, and they often hung out together. His parents let him attend a school in West City with Callum when they entered High School (more to give him 'experience' and be accidental spy for his Queen Mother, as opposed to actually gaining knowledge).
As such, it was easy for Hero Steve to convince the Royal Dwarven couple to let Joshua attend the the All-Races Classroom for his senior High School years.

Joshua had been attending a Human with Callum for a few years now, at the suggestion of one of Callum's older brothers. His mother, the Dwarven Queen wasn't too happy, but his father laughed it off. After the invite from Steve Brown to have Joshua attend the All-Races Classroom, his mother showed off her Dwarven ego and spurred Joshua into it, even going so far as to talk with the Dark Elf King to assure Callum a seat in the classroom. Even now, she constantly asks Joshua to prove himself better than Humans.
