Jim Tipperwater is the eldest son of a Snake-kin family that lives in the (mostly) Human settlement, Mid City. He andhis family are assassins for the Council of Turien, although he has stepped into the limelight as part of Hero Steve's party. Not as an assassin, but a skilled fighter.
