Eclern

Eclern is a mobile phone company that deals with all aspects of designing and producing a mobile phone. They have large sections dealing with app conception, development and implementation, phone design, phone accessory design, and new technology research.
This is just a typical company, with typical workers and a typical hierarchy. There is a Human CEO, with Human section managers, Human department managers and Human workers. Phone users are predominantly Human with a large minority of Beast-kin and a very small, almost negligible minority of other magical races. Therefore the data collected and used to create and adapt to their clientele reflects this. 
The father of Magenta Charles works at one of the branches of Eclern. Although his position is only in the mid-levels he has many colleagues and has a knack for others owing him favours. He didn't often use these favours until Magenta had her first working phone. Then as his daughter researched her interests from other realms, he took her suggestions to his colleagues, calling in the favours owed to him and getting them to make various apps for her, or give him dismissed prototypes. Due to his input, the company has easily kept up to date with the younger generations and continues to grow, absorbing smaller companies.
