Observation Log of KLO Mimi Lakes: Artise Magi-bugs

Willmonth the 25th, Year 53 of the Century of the Nymphs, 26th Cycle

There are many types of Magi-bugs throughout Turien. One of them is the Artise Magi-bug that lives solely in the Badlands. Search and Rescue Team 2 went to the Badlands with Reagan to find an artifact he was obsessing over. Hoen was told what was going on and she gave me some tea to give him, as well as saying that she'll clean the house while he goes and finishes his thing else he won't eat for a year! I think she was exaggerating, but he probably just drank soup the whole time last time it happened. 

Artise Magi-bugs

Artise Magi-bugs can camouflage themselves. Thus they can live on top of every coloured rock layer, soil layer and clay layer there are in the Badlands. So they can be hidden in the environment.

They can also create a fake environment by all clumping together to look like rock layers but actually just be a giant pile of bugs.

They can even camouflage artifacts by hiding them inside the giant pile of bugs. 

It was an accident that I found them. But I was hungry! And there were no bushes there, so I wanted to see if I could roast a bug for food. Yeah, I was that hungry! ... And then, while I was fighting a horde of them, they moved to chase me, and so the artifact was revealed. 

Reagan had a whole song and dance about it. Except without the song and dance. But a lot of yelling and muttering. He just started researching then and there. Me and MeiMei took turns moving him around on a waterbed but KLO-toon stopped us from playing with Reagans notepapers  - I did slip in a sticky note but haven't got it back et. KLO-toon stopped me from getting that back too. 

We ended up just calling the sky train to take us to North City before we caught a normal train back to the University. Hoen had texted Reagan a bunch of notes. I did video him writing his notes and sent it to her first.
