Daughter of the sea dragon king - sealed library

This is no ordinary library. To ensure the preservation of knowledge and wisdom, the ancient sea dragons carved all texts in the sides of a cliff, deep in The Rough Sea. It is said that the sea dragons were in possession of knowledge that would mean the destruction of the Old Ones. When the Old Ones learned of this rumor, the sea dragons were hunted so this information would never be known to anyone on the planet. When most of her congeners were slaughtered and the end was near, the daughter of the reigning sea dragon king preserved the library by closing the chasm wall which sealed the engraved wisdom of old. She was just in time, before she too, was killed. Only the true heir of the sea dragon king has the power to reopen the chasm and unveil the lost library and the knowledge that might free the planet from the Old Ones forever.   After this act, the daughter of the sea dragon king went on to find shelter for herself and her egg. While incubating, she heard the Old Ones coming and traded her life to perform an incantation that ensured the safety of her egg until someone would come along that could take care of it. One time, Ezekiel came along but he was not worthy. His intentions were to hatch the egg, open the library and leave the baby sea dragon on its own. When someone comes along that will swear to take care of the baby sea dragon, the seal will be lifted, the egg will hatch, and the worthy will become parent to a sea dragon.

Spread

The library was accessible trough the Coros Kennes temple. When the daughter of the sea dragon king closed the chasm, she engraved the following text on the floor around a flat stone that is so black it reflects no light:
Here lies the history of all the Sea Dragons. We have no place in the present. My heir will see our history, my present and your future.
