Phen Chalon

The Phen are the oracles of the spirits of Faellys, they speak for the spirit of the tree, the spirit of the snake, and the spirit of the fungi. They are the highest power recognised in Faellys, and are involved in 'law enforcement', the reincarnation process, 'spiriting', and consequently the selection of potential archfae candidates.
