Cyngor

The council of Faellys, chaired by three members of the Phen Chalon, who each represent one of the three parts of the spirit of Faellys. The three representatives are:

• Neidrfon Heddig, who represents the Spirit of the Snake
• Eira the Song of Leaves, who represents the Spirit of the Tree
• Hyphen Speaker of Many, who represents the Spirit of the Fungi

Other members of this council are several other members of the Phen Chalon, as well as several archfae. Every archfae with a domain recognized by the Cyngor can be on the Cyngor, should they want. Many prefer the sovereignty in their own domain over the bickering and nasty political games that come with being on the Cyngor.
