Summary
The waterborne sheele of young onmyōji Hano Sadao. In a a curious twist of fate, Sadao was born with his sheele, causing many to believe the two were twins for much of their lives. As a result, Kansei developed more of his own personality than many sheele do. He's cynical and acerbic, but always has his "older brother's" best interests at heart, sometimes to an overprotective degree.
