Storming of the Eyrie
The Storming of the Eyrie was a near two-month siege, and the last stand of Marcus Faalcone, during the final weeks of The Tumultuous South conflict when the coalition of Houses Moss, Shaw, and Westman would push the remaining Faalcone troops from the Battle of the Duskblade back to the Eyrie-in-the-Woods where they would bunker themselves down for what they hoped would be a protracted siege and reinforcements from House Harmon would be able to smash through the rearlines of the Moss Coalition forces with mercenary troops from the Raja'ri Territories. Those troops would never march upon the field, if they had even marched through the Southern Lands at all; rumor has it they simply took the gold and walked away.
