A device that controls the weather is discovered in the mountains north of Caresnas

Frostburn company travelled to the mountains north of Caresnas to investigate an area shielded from scrying.  There they find an encampment of creatures loyal to Andaxius and a device that is making winter last long into spring.   The device, one of the Wind Guides was created in a previous era to moderate the weather.
