The Scission

The War of Regression and its sequelae led to several decisions and actions that altered the world to its current state:
First, amnesty between The Favored and The Forsaken was reached. No longer would The Forsaken be viewed as the evil incarnate, but as a neutral party with views, principles and ideals that differ from those of The Favored. Second, both parties would depart from Tre'Novis physically, and seal themselves away, for the possibility of another Age of Atavism should the two factions war again, was too great. Third, to protect the Kith and the world from The Forbidden and The Fractured, the 18 collective deities would create powerful beings to serve as guardians of the realm that they could no longer physically protect. This was the birth of the Dragons. These realizations and the events that followed, are collectively known as, The Scission.
