Ao is a mysterious divine figure that only became known during the Time of Troubles. He isn't actually a part of the Illuskan Pantheon, but has been a controversial topic since his existence was discovered. Some sort of Ultra-Deitiy, it appears that the Grand Deities answer to him, but he too answers to someone. Unconcerned with people and worship, Ao cares only that the "laws of the universe" are observed.
