Opium's Peak

Atop a steep mountain that gradually levels out at its summit, a pristine blanket of snow covers the landscape. Here, an arresting sight meets the eye—the remnants of an immense wooden airship, a pioneering prototype crafted by the gnomes for their first foray into aerial travel. This structure appears suspended by the very pinnacle of the mountain, a precarious union of natural rock and the airship's once-sturdy construction.   The mountain's rugged rock faces have melded seamlessly with the airship's timbers, creating an amalgamation where gaps in the stone have been filled with wooden beams and deck planks from the ship. Every passing gust of wind sends shivers through the structure, as if it teeters on the precipice of breaking free and tumbling into the abyss below.
