New Dawn Festival

The 1st of Narwain marks the beginning of the New Dawn Festival, which takes place across most of Toriel in various form in celebration of the new year.
In Tana's Empire, the Emperor usually uses this celebration to address new change, and make a speech. Among human inn, ale is free for the day.
