Allean Valenhein
Allean Valenhein is the commander of the eastern guard garrison in Megima.
He prefers peace to battle, but won't hesitate to defend those he has sworn to protect, or himself, and he's a fierce warrior.
As a young elf in the middle of the big city, he was lost, but the season was hot, and the month of Urui (august) was quickly approaching. Living of little job here and there, he was impatient to access the feywild, place of his Manchester, home of the elves. Finally, the day came, the city's waterfall opening to an immense portal, a rift into Toriel to a colorful reflection of this world. Allean Valenhein hoped on the first boat, crossing the portals among the merchants, a wide smile stuck on his face.
Allean enjoyed his time, bathing in the overwhelming ambiance, the whole month passing by n what seemed like seconds to the elf. Greedy for adventure, the youngster made a decision, he would not come back just yet, he would face the wilderness and danger of the feywild and become an adult in this place of wonder. With this resolution in mind, Alleanspent years in the feywild, making new friends and fighting terrible foes. When he came out, he was an adult, an a skilled warrior.
With his newfound skill, Allean joined the soldiers of the Qwir, burning with a passion to protect the wonder he saw younger. His might quickly allowed him to rank higher and higher, but most importantly, he was noticed by the whispering Qwir, spies of the kingdom. They offered the promising elf a job, and he gladly accepted, thankful to be able to mix his craving for action, and his duty to the elven kingdom. His skill set that was formidable among the low-ranking soldiers of the Qwir, was now only slightly above average, and his lack of knowledge when it comes to spellcasting was plaguing him. He was taught the basics of spellcasting, quickly, he mastered those and expanded his collection of spells.
After years serving the Whispering Qwir, Allean was now over 300 years old, and a master swordsman and spellcaster. As he proved himself worthy of always greater missions, a new elven secret was bestowed upon him, elven high magic. He never fully understood even the basics, but what he knew was already more than enough to greatly influence his capacity.
As a spy of the queen Manael Tana, which at the time was also the empress, he faced many dangers, until that day, where he faced one too many. Learning about an attempt at killing the empress, and knowing some of those he previously believed to be allies to be part of said assassination, he single-handedly faced the 4 assassins, a fight hidden from the public, where both magic and blades were involved. Allean Valenhein left victorious but grievously injured, one of his lung was pierced, and his left arm had been broken in multiple places.
Thankfully, he was healed, but never fully recovered, even to this day, he's only a shadow of the master he once was. Honored by his sacrifice, he met the queen personally, and as he couldn't work as a spy anymore, the queen named him commander of one of Megima's garrison. This day, with the queen, he did swear on his life to serve her, and to protect his kind.

A skilled warrior, and ingenious strategy, Allean has slowly but surely secured himself a position among the soldier of the Qwir over the years. He started as a farm boy, working in one of the many villages hidden among the elven woods, but dreamed of living the life among the citizen of Megima, the tales of the feywild portal opening each year filling the boy's dream.
