Tomeria

The 896th year in the 4th Era of Tomeria

People

The History of Tomeria so far

Going from the farthest active year in the future, the year 1,966 in Recorded History....   The elves are organized in City States and warred with the humans for many years and ended up on the losing side after centuries. This has caused the city of Almont to be razed and fall into ruin and signaled the end of the golden age for elves. The loss of that city meant the entire world lost many things since each city was a self contained culture for the elves. Everything from forging techniques, artistry, agricultural methods, and more were lost to time.   The Phoenix tower in the Randurth Desert and the city of glass   The former massive nests that were home to the Roc's and Aaracockra's before The Razing

Current Species & Cultures

In the Year 1,966 of Recorded History....   The Empire   A multi-racial nation that has ushered in the longest known era of peace into the world. Has wide influence or control over most of The Continent   The Genasi Kingdoms   While dependent on how the High Seas Archipelago campaign plays out most likely there will still be the 4 genasi civilizations with varying degrees of influence.   Oto and Skaar Clans   Your everyday noble Japan inspired and Viking based Minotaur that live on and have complete control over Wayfor Island   Ageroth Mountain Nations   The Neverran Nation of dragonborns has current power with the Aaracockra tribes are a close following. The Goliaths, Gnomes, and Kobolds all also live in this area with some power as well.   The Roving Orc Bands   The Orcs were the only major race that didn't accept an offering into The Empire and thus have deteriorated into a shadow of their former selves. With actual small settlements towards the far outskirts of The Continent, the rest have been resigned to roving bands never being allowed to stay in one area too long.   Others   The Lizardfolk Tribe make their home in the eastern swamps of The Continent.   The Catfolk make their home along with the Kenku in the Woods of Jira

Needs & Relations

All of these responses take place in the current year unless otherwise stated   The Empire   Need to retain control. Keep trade flowing and remain prosperous with clean transitions of power. Think USA or former Great Britain.   The Genasi Kingdoms   During the Colonization Era they need to retain enough power to either stay independent and fight off The Continent assimilation, or retain enough independence to live within the connected world with their culture and lands intact.   Oto and Skaar Clans   Balance. That way they can coexist without one clan taking over the other.   Ageroth Mountain Nations   Also balance and a way to be less destructive towards each other. Also the balance must be more spread out to keep the smaller races intact and prosperous.   The Roving Orc Bands   They need more power. Whether through conquest or through politics, they need a change of pace or will eventually die out.   Others   Just need to keep on chilling. As of right now they're far enough on the outskirts they aren't in serious danger of The Empire or other factions encroaching on them so as long as they dont piss off any gods...
