Ezelan Havengard

Ezelan Havengard is the oldest son and middle child of Sir Anathar Havengard and Lady Ivala Havengard. He is the younger brother of Daria and the older brother of Kidalis.
Although he’s no slouch with a blade, he’s very much his mother’s son, preferring his battles in the meeting room with words. He was fostered to the redoubtable Duchess of Ostralm, Edele Padwyn, and he has learned statescraft with her, becoming a court favorite of hers. The death of his younger brother was a blow to him, and he's still trying to process how it could've happened.
Ezelan and Edele wed, and he is now Osterlund's Ducal Consort. They have a son, Anathar Padwyn, who is heir to Osterlund. It is rumored that they sought aid from the Arch-Fey Zybilna to help Edele have the child despite her advanced age.
