Known as the Dreamkeeper, he oversees the mental well-being of Fluidan’s citizens, protecting them from nightmares and extracting prophetic visions from the collective unconsciousness. His dream magic allows him to influence and interpret the dreams of others, ensuring stability within the sultanate.

Raised in a family of nomadic mystics in Ostrea, Tariq was revered for his ability to soothe the restless and guide lost souls through their dreams. His talents brought him to the Bahtim, where he became a trusted confidant for matters of prophecy and mental health. Tariq’s calming presence has been instrumental in preventing unrest and guiding the Sultan during times of crisis.

Tariq supports Sultan Lago quietly, offering guidance through subtle dream-based messages. He sees the Sultan as a beacon of stability and does his part to ensure the ruler's mind remains clear and focused.
