Coriander Falladay (they/them) is a character played by Leaf (they/them) in
Oops! All Druids: Legend of the Holiday Boar. They are a
Satyr circle of vision druids with the
Sage background.
Description
Coriander is a short satyr, standing 4'11, with bushy white hair and droopy ears like that of a sheep. They have small curled brown horns, and their fur is light brown dappled with spots of white, like that of a deer. They dress in heavy layers, partly to cover their abnormally long tail. Their eyes are a piercing emerald with elongated pupils like a goat's. They have a terrible case of resting bitch face.
Coriander is deeply motivated by a quest for knowledge. They don't participate in or even particularly like the typical revelry the Fey are known for, instead focusing their energy into a powerful passion for collecting information. To them, reading is a party. Unfortunately, social interaction is not one of their many expertises, and they can be blunt or even downright mean if they want to be left alone. They're very dedicated to their employer, the Archfey known as
The Noctuid, and endeavor to share their knowledge only with it.
Backstory
Coriander grew up in the Feywild, largely in the grey areas outside the Courts. They were always considered strange, given their moody and stoic disposition, and eventually they decided to leave for the Material Plane, where they might find some likeminded individuals. They became an academic and eventually a librarian. On a trip back to the Feywild in their mid-twenties, they were approached by an Archfey of the Autumn Table of
The Fey High Council and inducted into their service as a researcher and informant.
