Kisan (Key-Sahn)
Kisan is the seat of justice, and order; and the capital of the Tir-Ne-Mur. The queen who rules in Kisan also rules the Galactic council, and the judges. This is on the largest continent on Kigal. The continent is surrounded by Ocean. The city, which is the capital of the continent, as well, is a hub of trade, commerce, and wealth. There are other cities on this continent, but the entire continent is known as Kisan. Other cities on the continent are lands owned by the aristocracy with their own small castles and cities whose population is mostly lower class Animiri.
Demographics
Inhabited only by the Animiri, and hybrids.
There are several animals that are hunted on the continet to feed the inhabitants. Some foods are imported from other continents.
wealth classes are not dissimilar to the European class system in tudor England.
Prime: is the higest title given and is second only to the queen. This title is rarely given, and only born into. They are rulers of large countries on the continent of Kisan. This title is reserved for the Royal blood line only. Runs the military for all of Kisan.
Consul: is the next in order of power. These would be advisors to the Queen and vote on the laws to uphold and enact. The queen must approve all actoions by this class. They would maintain border countries on other continents as important to the crown.
Elder: This title affords the rule of smaller countries that dot the landscape of Kisan, but are loyal to its queen.
Exarch: Are the administrators and judges of the court at Lil-E-Gal. They answer only to the Seven, who are the Divine judges for the Galaxy. They are appointed by and loyal to the queen.
Sage: Acts on the queens behalf in smaller towns that exist between contries.
Guardian: Leaader of the Queens Guard. Is inherited, but can also be appointed. This is a title of honor not aristocracy.
Government
The Queen rule supreme over all laws of the land and galaxy.
Each Prime has control over the military of Kisan.
Consuls are responsible for enforcing the laws of the queen on other continents, and acts as an embassy for Animiri visiting other Islands.
Elders would be given a branch of government to control as in Elder of Commerce, Elder of Agriculture.
Exarch acts as the judge and administrators of the courts, enforcing sentances based on the laws.
Sage enforces, upholds, and maintains the queens law and rule in the outlying towns and provinces of Kisan.
Guardian: Reports to the Prime, enforces military training, rule, and recruitment.
Infrastructure
Kisan sits on an ocean, and near the castle there are huge docs with ships that deliver goods, and means of travel to other continents on the planet. these are privately owned by wealthy not aristocracy mostly, however there is one dedicated port specifically for the aristocracy and the queens trade.
There are fish traders who fish the open seas
Fashion is very important to the Animiri therefore tailors and seemstresses are in high demand and well paid for their creations. Animiri strive to buy the perfect outfit that will shock and awe at the next event. Therefore intergalactic textile trades are one of the backbones of Kisans wealth.
Hybrid slave trade: The Animiri value nothing less that pure and perfect breeding, there for half breeds are considered less than in the society. Many entrepreneurs and aristocracy trade slaves back and forth. It is as common as borrowing a cup of sugar.
Districts
The tourism district is alive with vendors, markets and even brothels to entertain the tourist, and other visitors to Kisan.
The Brothels are regulated by the government, and profits are shared with the aristocracy. It is this reason that the hybrid slave trade is so prominent here. The hybrids are sold to the madams who are kept in cages untiil they are selected by a patron. the brothes promote every fantasy one could imagine, and uses methods of restraint often to make them happen. These brothels make so much money they are tithed by the queen.
Restaurants and other eateries are located in this district as well.
there is then the gated district dedicated to members of the royal family and the estates there are only available to that class.
there is the low class housing district where most of the laborers and food workers live.
The middle class district is the largest of all districts and it houses the working class who work in technologies, infrastructure, or clerical type work.
Then the military bases dotted around all of these districts house the units assigned to that base.
Then there is the Upper class district. here you will find the Madams of the brothels, the slave trade heads, and famous fashion designers who make it by getting the queen to wear one of their pieces.
