The Azad Family

The Azad family are the current barons who rule Stehno in Epizonia and have done so for the last 50 years. The family are Goliaths who were exiled from Sibi for reasons that have not been revealed to the public. They came to Epizonia to carve their own existence and built up the powerful barony city of Stehno since then. They are a tough group who are large in build and deeply attracted to the notion of strength giving them a right to rule and a right to lead... often leading to the family to being seen as deeply barbaric by people across Sibi. However, their ideals of hard work, combat and toughness means their barony of Stehno is uniquely seen for it's 'fairness' towards the lower class citizens and the way the family despise the airs and fashions of others in Epizonia. The Azad family Soul Arm is a maul style warhammer that is incredibly heavy, the maul has the crest of a dragon on it's head and seems to constantly drip snow and ice when it is being wielded. Current Azad family:

Gornukk Azad: The Matriarch of the family, she is the lead baroness of Stehno and came to Epizonia with her two children and a force of Sibian barbarians... leading many to believe her reason for exile was due to a scandal involving her husband. Gornukk has been proved to be ruthless, violent and incredibly feared in combat as well as placing an emphasis on combat and constant expansion.
Ale Azad: The twin-son of Gornukk, he is a skilled archer and is lithe in build... cunning, charming and a duelist. Ale enjoys the colours of Epizonia but continues to despise their pride and arrogance. He fights alongside his sister and they are very skilled at working together.
Tamara Azad: The twin-daughter of Gornukk, she is a heavy armoured battlemaster fighter who is especially skilled with her Maul soul Arm and dreams of returning to Sibi as a warrior... or a conqueror... she is also the more hot tempered of the siblings but is incredibly skilled with fighting alongside her brother Ale.
