Stilben Swift is the mayor of the capital of Anotheros, Challken. A hard faced and tough individual, Stilben lacks a traditional education and much of the skill of a public speaker and politician. However, he is genuine in his love for his nation and was a soldier and war hero with Anotheros for years in it's navy. Stilben was a deeply intelligent and tactically gifted soldier and he has applied much of his ruthlessness and desire to 'win' to his ruling of Anotheros, he has numerous advisors that find him easy to manipulate in certain ways. He is a deeply talented public speaker and firmly believes in law and order... apart from in Diamond-Crest ... a space that he ignores.
