Captain Dolan

The Captain of the 'Wandering Fin' ship operating in the Paradosia - Epizonia  area.
Dolan is a tall and powerfully built dark skinned human barbarian who likely has some goliath or orc blood to account for their significant size, they have a love of combat and notably embrace physical damage and pain but becomes panicked when attacked by magic.
He seemed to know the famous Stargell family but does not have the deference for them that other pirates and ships do.
