Wodin City

  • 01. Dwarf, Black (Chromatic) Dragon. Caster gains X-ray vision for 1d6 rounds.
  • 02. Leonin, Ice (Elemental) Dragon. Until the next long rest you know one spell of your choice of any class up to level 1d4.
  • 03. Gnome, Brown (Chromatic) Dragon. Time freezes, you and all allies are teleported to a pocket dimension for 8 hours, then restored in time exactly as you were, but naked. (Instant long rest, but equipment doesn't return for another hour.)
  • 04. Half-Orc, Tungsten (Ferrous) Dragon. You are transported to the Astral Plane until the end of your next turn, after which time you return to the space you previously occupied or the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied.
  • 05. Leonin, Purple (Chromatic) Dragon. The next damaging spell you cast within the next minute does critical damage.
  • 06. Leonin, Bronze (Metallic) Dragon. The caster and each person affected by the spell is knocked prone. (EFFECT)
  • 07. Dragonborn, Brown (Chromatic) Dragon. Sudden change in weather (temperature rise, snow, rain, etc.) lasting 2 rounds.
  • 08. Human, Copper (Metallic) Dragon. For the next minute, you can teleport up to 20 feet as a bonus action on each of your turns.
  • 09. Human, Nickel (Ferrous) Dragon.Regardless of condition, you are under the impression you have one (1) HP.
  • 10. Satyr, Obsidian (Gem) Dragon.Lightning storm! For the next 1d6 rounds, a bolt of lightning strikes a random creature in the area for 2d12 lightning damage.
  • 11. Gnome, Silver (Metallic) Dragon. A random party member is reduced to 1 HP.
  • 12. Human, Axial (Planar) Dragon.Sudden change in weather (temperature rise, snow, rain, etc.) lasting 4 rounds.
  • 13. Human, Sapphire (Gem) Dragon.For 1 minute, each spell cast by the caster also casts Level 1 color spray in a random direction.
  • 14. Minotaur, Flame (Elemental) Dragon. You are bardically inspired with a d6. (EFFECT)
  • 15. Human, Blue (Chromatic) Dragon. One normal item within 30' of caster (randomly chosen and not that of the caster) becomes permanently magical (gains the magic property).
  • 16. Stygian, Gray (Chromatic) Dragon.Die. Reincarnate next round.Medusa,
  • 17. Halfling, Iron (Metallic) Dragon. Spell functions at 2 levels higher than cast.
  • 18. Human, Axial (Planar) Dragon. You cast fireball as a 3rd-level spell centered on yourself.
  • 19. Human, Battle (Planar) Dragon.A loud noise accompanies the spell confusing all creatures within 60 feet for 1 round except the caster.
  • 20. Human, Emerald (Gem) Dragon.Take advantage on the next two rolls where it can be used.
  • 21. Human, Black (Chromatic) Dragon.Die. Reincarnate next round.Nymph,
  • 22. Stygian, Brass (Metallic) Dragon.Time freezes, you and all allies are teleported to a pocket dimension for one hour, then restored in time exactly as you were. (Instant short rest.)
  • 23. Human, Brass (Metallic) Dragon.Caster polymorphs randomly. CR is equal to caster level.
  • 24. Leonin, Bronze (Metallic) Dragon.A random creature within 60 feet of you becomes poisoned for 4 hours.
  • 25. (Sapphire) Dragonborn, Sapphire (Gem) Dragon. Spell functions at 1 level higher than cast.
Colbey was Drunk when he read Hulgnir's order to rename the town. He renamed it Wodin, potentially saving or delaying the curse if the treacherous for Hulgnir. As naming ones town after ones god is a form of worship something Hulgnir is oath bound to avoid.   There is 1000 people living here, 100 troops, & 2 Captain's.   As well as 3 units of men in the Stronghold.   Hulgnir now able to worship Odin in Thylea openly, didn't change the Wodin's name.  As Wodin was Odhinn’s ancient name.
