Osgood am Bimmin is the Lord Mayor of the City of Scaram in the High Kingdom of Imesse. He is the great nephew of the Lord Chamberlain of Northern Imesse, Talmage am Bimmin. Osgood was appointed to the office by his great uncle and confirmed as Lord Mayor by the Lord High Constable of Imesse. He is a 28-year-old Human that is unwed and has been in office for three years.

General Physical Condition
Osgood has a very unremarkable appearance. He is 5'8" tall with a slim build and plain features. He wears his brown hair rather long and does not wear a beard. He is not athletic or particularly handsome.

Currently the youngest Lord Mayor of the City of Scaram to ever serve the office. While he is not regarded as especially popular amongst the city's ruling elite, he is determined and single-minded in his approach to accomplishing his goals.

Osgood sees himself as the only competent heir to the Noble House of Bimmin, since his cousin, Stoddard am Bimmin, is generally considered an idiot and an incompetent by everyone that knows him. However, Osgood does not have a very productive relationship with his great uncle, Talmage am Bimmin, who is still the head of the Bimmin noble family.

Contacts & Relations
Osgood is a close cousin of Gill am Borri, the Baron of Dunrick. He is eager to make some firm arrangements that will benefit Scaram and the region with cheap raw materials from the west and a new and profitable outlet for luxury items and wares from the city.
Family Ties
Osgood detests his cousin, Stoddard, the heir to the Bimmin family fortune. His opinion of Stoddard is well known to Talmage, Stoddard's father, and has caused a serious rift in the noble family's leadership. Osgood wants his great uncle to name him the next Head of the Noble House of Bimmin, but Talmage shows no signs that he has any inclination to do so.
