Iris Thornton is the wife of the Baron of Mull, Hayden Highfield. She is a 51-year-old Halfling that was born and raised on the Mull River in the Barony of Minsloth. Iris met Hayden while he was working with a river freight company that moved a fair amount of cargo along the Mull River, and the two married and moved to the Barony of Mull where they purchased an abandoned manor farm of just 40 acres. Now, nearly 30 years and five children later, the manor is a sprawling 240 acres of highly productive and very profitable multiple businesses, and Iris is the Baroness of Mull.
