Mental characteristics
Personal history
Gill came from a family that could be called "nobility" a century before he was born. Since the founding of the Regency, the Jermin family had lost all its holdings and most of its money. Gill found himself working and managing a stone quarry in the Redstone Hills that was just barely keeping him housed and fed. Then, in 201 AF, he discovered a high grade vein of silver ore on his property, and his fortunes changed forever.
He petitioned the Lord High Regent for a mining charter, and was granted it on the condition that the Crown would receive 40% of all profits from the mine. For the next five years, Gill worked tirelessly to establish the Jermin Hill Mine as his family's lasting legacy and source of revenue for generations to come.
Employment
After decades of working the Redstone Hills for stone and marble, Gill found his fortune in a vein of silver ore. Gill was appointed Sheriff of the County of Redstone in 200 AF and served as the chief justice and administrator of the County until his death in 206 AF.
