Cult of Samas

The Cult of Samas is the name given to the organized and official worship of the angelic being known as Samas within the Amirate of Cartor.  The worship and sacrifice to Samas is found only in Cartor, even though adherents to the practice can be found all around the world.  
The Cult is the official faith of the Amirate of Cartor, and the ruling Amir is the head of this faith.
