Aifas

A mostly temperate continent.
A large channel along the southeast coast separates Aifas from Dragonhome.
The interior sea is east, separating Aifas from Krodica, the other major continent of Thouia.
In the south, the population is mostly evenly distributed between Half-Elves and Halfings. "Pure" Humans or Elves are unusual on Aifas, as centuries of interbreeding have simply erased the differences between the races. In the north, there's a smaller halfling population and a larger gnome population.
The Interior of the Tiorvian Peninsula has a sizeable Harengon population.
The center, mountainous regions are mostly dwarven in culture, although other races live there as well, in particular Owlin and Tabaxi (though not in the same places).
To the north are the free tribes of Utagonia, a population of mostly Tieflings.
Larger cities might have small populations of almost any race from any area of Thouia.
