Lemirus based Rejuvenation Potions

You got and Pink Juice on you? The old stuff just doesn't do it for me anymore, also the new stuff doesn't taste like sewer water.

Working similar to the standard rejuvenation potions, these potions quickly stitch together flesh and bone allowing the drinker to recover from near death in a matter of seconds. However, what makes the Lemirus variant of these potions notable is the potency of its effect. Compared to organic-based potions the Lemirus rejuvenation potions are about twice as strong and last just as long.

History

Shortly after the discovery of Lemirus as a useable substance in drug creation, many sages began to look at how it could be used in the field of medicine. One such person was Sage Dominic of the New Haelian high Sect council. He discovered that the pink variant of Lemirus which was produced in areas of strong regenerative energy such as sacred springs could be used to replace the many active ingredients in the standard rejuvenation potion. The increase in potency can from the reduced amount of ingredients resulting in less counteractive effects.

Mass production

After the intial experiments by Sage Dominic there was a sharp rise in the demand of the new potions. To match this damand new alchemy labs were opened up across New Haelia. These labs were dedicated to creating the new rejuvination potion along with a number of other Lemirus variant potions. Since then within the realms of New Haelia the new rejuvination potion has replaced the older version in most cases. However towards the edges of the kingdoms border the old variant is still the most common to come by

Lemirus Rejuvination Potion
The Rejuvination potion regenerates health over a period of time. The amount of health gained each turn is based on the quality of the potion. Higher quality potions are more expensive and harder to make, resulting in the highest quality rejuvination potions only being found in the largest of settlements.
