The party spend their time preparing for the platinum games, with 15 days to prepare what will our noble hero's do?   Well... certainly not a beach episode, that would be deeply irresponsible right? RIGHT?   Sigh

The party returned to Flitwick to learn that the town is rapidly growing into a more and more defendable space, this is despite the Light Barmswich base being suspiciously quiet, Darrell believed they were planning on making a move and asked for the party's help in removing the light from the north of Thornden almost entirely. For their part the party agreed to think about it.   Diana Goldrick also came to Flitwick, hunting for her daughter where they shared a tearful embrace with one another and she insisted on coming to observe the Platinum Games despite Aliana's warnings about the dangers of what she is doing. Diana insisted she was tough and could handle herself well enough.   Aliana put the people to Flitwick to work on building her a stronghold, from the rubble of Wilhelm's mansion she wanted them to erect a temple to Kord. Within 15 days they had built a simple space that could be used by her and would be improved in the future, as Aliana entered and established her dominion over the space it became a glistening lightning blue temple to the stormlord.   Cassius continued to work on his own training and discussed things with Tyr, Tyr revealed he was growing in power as people across Thornden were beginning to worship and believe in him once more.   The party spent their time in preparation, relaxation and general fuckery. Red made friends with Grim Stronghammer an EXTREMELY passionate Orc and skilled weaponsmith who immediately began to make new firearms and ammunition for Redacted.   During this time, Ilkios Halfblossom, Noctis' alcoholic tutor, showed the party a tear in the planes. A tear leading, for a very short time, to the Feywild. For 2 days and a night the party could relax in another plane of existence and simply enjoy the hospitality of the Fey. They played games there, competed in a battle of the bands, Cassius beat up Red with foam swords, Red won top prize at a shooting gallery and Lux/Aliana nearly killed one another in the name of a water sport event.   The fate of Elias Stiltport was also revealed at this time as he was seen to have been trapped by an insane halfling in a part of the Snowfeld mountains... grim stuff honestly. Cue a Cassius nervous breakdown and Aliana displaying all the empathy and understanding of a piece of chalk.   The party finished out their downtime and prepared, with a coterie of npc's including Noctis, Darrell, Lil' Bitch and Diana Goldrick (kitted out with a light crossbow and some leather armour), set out towards the light base at Barmswich and then on to Bahamut.
