Taggle

A renowned Harkas bioengineer of Binary Targos, the Cyber Sphere planet the harkas originated from.

Taggle has designed some valuable organisms in their time long ago, before the HF - Harkas First Contact. Taggle's time was before the Binary Targos reached space. It was known however, that there were some other harkas in space, as they could see them using large telescopes and observatories. 

Taggle seemingly always wanted to make contact with them - despite the possible implications of allowing them to invade Binary Targos. Most understood that this would probably happen because even the inhabitants of the planet constantly fought each other.

Taggle went on to invent technologies like the Biological Fission Reactor and has even made use of some components of the cyber sphere to create technologies - although those would often be taken apart quickly by the sphere's maintenance system. Due to this, the harkas on this planet never went far technologically, at least before meeting the HF. 

They were a friendly and optimistic person, but misusing their trust can make them angry. Quite emotional for an engineer of their caliber, which can lead to frustration when they fail. They often tried to leave and return to their job after a few minutes of calming down, others usually allowed them to due to their reputation. It is rare that they become this frustrated however.

Their body has a mostly light blue appearance. They could fly as they were one of the airborne subspecies, which in turn gives them a low mass (low weight tissues and bones) and a massive wingspan, and they glide through the air calmly and with grace. 

They came to a sudden, unexpected demise when someone shot them with an anti air gun while in flight. After having their wings destroyed and 2 bullet-like organisms wedged in their chest, they fell from an altitude of about 500m, killing them instantly.
