Sentinel - Class Subspatial Starship

The Sentinel class is a small, but powerful, subspatial starship, armed with a very large amount of massive railguns. These railguns are mounted in compartments that are too large to be rotated by turrets, in cases similar to casemates. These are mounted in large numbers, and can fire a massive barrage of heavy railgun fire at an unsuspecting enemy ship before diving again and being difficult to detect. The Sentinel - Class is a strange design, but highly efficient at its long range anti heavy role.
The sentinel class is only decently armoured from the same side as the railguns are positioned. It is designed to expose that one side briefly, and does not take being flanked well. Despite this, it can survive a surprisingly large volley due to very effective compartmentalization of systems, so that if one system is destroyed others can still function. This often gives it enough time to dive and retreat even if being hit. The sentinel class has an extremely weak shield.
It is propelled by a very powerful set of fusion drives. This is a number of separate thrusters, designed like this to improve redundancy. These are fed hydrogen fuel from several separate fuel tanks, these also provide fuel to the several very powerful fusion reactors on the ship. These fuse a very large amount of hydrogen very efficiently.
The Sentinel also makes use of Jump Drives for FTL. Those of the Sentinel are unique as it allows it to remain in higher dimensions while warping at the cost of a short jump range, high power consumption and large 'probability bubble'. While the jump drive is charging, it must come slightly closer to the surface and can dive fully again after the jump is complete.
