RN-43 SR

A submodel of Sentient Robots. RN-43 SRs are fitted with comparitively faster joints, giving them a reaction time shorter than most other robots. They also come equipped with capacitors with a higher energy capacity, allowing them to operate a bit longer.
This model is one of the more common designs and is used by billions all over the Hyperion Federation. The extra speed and energy capacity often being seen as useful, so they constructed many robots with this design. They also have a more lightweight construction, which makes it easier to fly (using equipment like jetpacks).
The speed and longevity are also useful to use as scouts and patrols or for similar duties. Although they lack sheer strength, they can make up for this by using equipment such as multitools most of the time. They also lack shields, so those need to be provided on duty, so the shield generators also take up weight. The rapid motors can make them excellent gunners, but they would need to be careful about the recoil.
The fact that these can outpace organics so easily can sometimes raise ethical concerns. Some criminals with this design could evade most police units, so they often use tracking device-like machines that can attach to the robot and constantly transmit it's location and allow them to make better informed decisions on where to move their forces.
