Phelke Totem

The leader title of the Phelke Commonwealth.

The Totem is named such as several structures in the Cyora Monolith on Zanrilles that resemble totems. These totems have become significant in many Phelke cultures, even knowing they weren't sentient (due to the STP ability). The Totem can be a difficult position to take up as the phelke hold a highly enigmatic position in the Hyperion Federation, also due to the STP. As such, the position is best held by an individual that is used to having the STP, such as individuals born and remained phelke through most of their life. The Totem also has the task of keeping their nation secure using brain scanning machines (to identify an individual when in another person's body) without causing a civil war, a very difficult task alone. As such, they often appoint several management positions similar to the Yunkad Core, as they require this efficiency. This has allowed them to establish themselves as a relatively powerful nation.
