Nochehuatl-Cuauhtemoc

Nochehuatl-Cuauhtemoc is the leader of the Trevan Alliance, a member star nation of the Hyperion Federation representing the Trevan species.
For a trevan, he is known to have an incredible attention span and can sometimes remain focused even on relatively boring subjects for a decent amount of time. This could be due to a mental condition, as he also has trouble with communication at times, but manages to get around these limitations as star nation leader. Nochehuatl-Cuauhtemoc prefers to wear more professional-looking clothes at most times, which makes him seem more 'serious' and cold to some, only to discover his kind and funny personality if they actually talk to him.
Nochehuatl-Cuauhtemoc did not always desire to be a star nation leader. They initially wanted to be an electrician / engineer. They have worked as an engineer before their current job in politics, and as such does not have much experience as a star nation leader in comparison to other leaders of the HF. Sometimes they contact another HF star nation leader for advice, but Nochehuatl-Cuauhtemoc is learning, and needing less input from others. They are trying their best to better their people, but the HF's enemies are very unforgiving of mistakes. Nochehuatl-Cuauhtemoc can sometimes become insecure about this, as many people's lives can depend on their decisions.

They are known to wear a device near their right eye, almost making them look like a cyborg. This can display information to them in real time, even during meetings, which allows them to be more informed within the moment and helps them make up for their lack of experience. The device is clear, resembling glass and is almost invisible. They also have a lightweight headset that keeps the display in place constantly but also allows for communication from long range.
