Kroral
A Rare Suon who was born on Tebburus in the Irvoern cavern.
Kroral has obtained a mutation that makes them appear very differently from almost all other suons. This mutation was caused not by other suon engineers but through their ancestors' exposure to archaeotech, which has caused modifications to their genome, though most changes have been rendered inactive.
Kroral's skin is highly reflective, making them appear somewhat similar to a mirror. They also have larger arms giving them a lot of strength.
Among other suons, they have been treated both as a somewhat rare legend and as an outcast. Although they are sometimes not perceived as a 'pure' suon by the rest of their culture due to their appearance, however many also see rare suons as a chance for scientific study and hopefully find out more about the Xadian intentions. They also have other uses that other suons cannot fulfill, e.g. their very reflective skin makes them resistant to lasers and can be an incredibly effective camouflage. Suons tend to think more practically than humans do.
As they are Irvoernic, their reflective skin carries a light shade of purple and their bioluminescence is a nearly-white shade of blue.
Kroral was particularly traumatized after he was raided by a gang of 'normal' suons which have nearly killed him. This is part of the reason why he does not show his skin in public, and he has a large scar down a fraction of his upper left leg from the incident. Although it has healed over, the scar is still visible. Kroral escaped after the bandits turned their attention from him for about 30 seconds. It was no easy feat to fix Kroral's trauma, but over the years they have been slowly cured.
As a result of this trauma, though, when not using their reflective skin, Kroral usually wears clothing that covers more of their body than most suons. In public they would wear items like gloves as it makes others less likely to notice their reflectivity and reduce the chance of being excluded. They are not ashamed about their rare nature, but desire to keep it more of a secret to those that do not know him. Rare suons also tend to attract a lot more attention than 'regular' suons. While at home or in other various private spaces, they would wear lighter clothes more similar to those that other suons would wear.
