Grand Protector

Leader title of the United nations of Tebburus. Eternally held by Karzen, excepting timelines where he is killed. Karzen, like all Suons, is semi-immortal.
Karzen put many anti corruption measures in place to prevent a possible bad or selfish leader from exploting the power for themself. The population can vote to remove a grand protector form power. Many of Karzen's laws have been written very well into the law of the UN of Tebburus, so it would take an extremely long time to change them. Perhaps one of the stronger measures is that before rising to power, the new leader in question would have to get their brain scanned in order to determine their intent. Of course, that can be a highly unethical technology, but it is allowed if the person gives consent. As such, a newly elected individual can refuse to be scanned, but would have to give up his positon as leader. The @hypermakes this clear to anyone going for such a position.
