The Drimax are a highly logical race, and curious about the universe at large. Their scientists are highly skilled however, and hold great power in their society. Because of this, they eventually developed a technocracy based government that elects people based on their qualifications and skills. The DUS has a relatively efficient beurocracy because of this, thougn they dont have the nesessary knowlege to improve their relations with another nation.
However, they treat the allies they do have with a great deal of respect and sometimes treat them as if they are their own. These allies enjoy a very reliable and cooperative ally.
Although the people were not oppressed prior to becomming a part of the HF, they were not extremely free either. The DUS formed one of the few nations that were more central. When the HF discovered them, this was a curiosity to them as such societies were rare.
