Council of Xalarnel

Mirror universe version of the Xalarin Council. The CX resides on the Hyperion Empire side of the Fracture.
The CX is not xenophobic. Instead, they are xenophile, meaning they are highly accepting of aliens. They are still not considered multi species however as they believe they are the perfect form, so for cultural reasons they send all people of different species back to their respective star nations. They will still take alien prisoners.
The CX also differs from the XC in that individuals are not given as much freedom as those of the XC, which has caused a number of rebellions. These rebellions are surprisingly successful however, temporarily bringing light into their lives. This property is similar to those of the HF compared to the HE. Those from the CX are still xalarin, and still inhabit very hot planets. The CX and XC have had battles with each other about the different ideology (xenophobia vs xenophile). of course, both sides are perfectly evenly matched as they are basically having battles with their own mirror universe selves.
