Leader of the Leosus Federation. Human species.
Alex is a skilled leader due to being leader for about 120 years, human lifespan being substantially increased by advances in technology.
Alex was once thought to be a criminal before becomming a star nation leader. He was initially wrongly convicted of murder, though new evidence proved this was not the case. This happened quite early in his life, at about age 20-25. He is now 200 years of age and still going strong.
He wanted to see justice improve in the world as he hated being wrongly convicted. He became a policeman, then a court judge before working his way up to a star nation leader.
Due to his history of being in jail, Alex was largely institutionalized. For example, he sometimes asks to do basic things that many would just go and do. This includes tasks such as going to the toilet. Although this trait has mostly worn off over the years, it is still a no able part of his personality when at work, and focuses quite well on his task as star nation leader.
Alex also tends to talk faster than most. This is because he likes to waste little time, and get straight to the point faster. Counterintuitively, this can sometimes actually waste time when he stumbles on his words or of the person he talks to doesnt hear him correctly. This way of speaking has become largely habitual later in life, so he still talks like that.
Like many humans, he also tends to use a lot of arm movements while talking. This serves no real funcitonal purpose, but is another habit that he has developed.
Alex has a large scar visible on the outside of his right hand. This occurred during his prison sentence while he was fighting other prisoners. Both parties escaped that fight alive, but Alex suffered that cut to his hand. This was healed since then, but even 100 years later the mark is still visible when one looks closely. This is a lesser known trait, but it is known by some that Alex can be identified by this mark.
Alex also prefers to wear darker clothes. He did not like the bright, vibrant clothes that prisoners would wear, so he wanted to wear dark clothes for a change. As star nation leader, the closest he could get while still being 'professional' was a dark coloured uniform, so is mot often seen wearing that.
