Jeff
Traian Emilian Ardelean (a.k.a. Jeff)
Known publicly as "Jeff" or "Geoffrey", his is the most secretive and shadowy of The Four Eyes.
His use of both Psionic Energy and Magick equally already makes him mistrusted in both circles. But his frequent fraternizing with the darker denizens of the Material Plane—such as vampires and lycanthropes—and his experimentations with the Shadow/Mirror Plane can sometimes even make him a pariah.
Jeff takes a rather generalist approach to psionics, focusing mostly on Metapsionics, including meta-biopsionics and meta-psychognosis, and on Negapsionics. He also dabbles with some of the minor abilities in psychognosis, psychokinesis, and xenopsionics at the lower levels. He believes that having a wide array of possibilities has a greater potential for confusing his adversaries than being overpowered in just one area.
