The City of Xu
Known for its fine artisan products, the city of Xu is rich and prosperous. They have few high level cultivators of their own, but maintain a good relationship with the Mountain Rhino sect who they hire guards from. They also have a far reaching client base many of whom would be very concerned if their source of luxury items was disrupted.
