The House of Stonich
Coat of Arms - A Sword and Wings upon a field of grey and green quartered
Origin - A prominant family that was awarded Nobility for their work in protecting the Capitol, Ardenholt. The House of Stonich organised and formed the City Guard, providing arms and training. This was recognised and Nobility was bestowed upon the family.

The House of Galorian
Coat of Arms - A brown griffin mid-center and black diamond top-right, upon a field of white with a purple canton in the top-left with a golden crown
Origin - In a time of plague, the Galorian family had ammased a small trade network. Through their smuggling operations, they were able to provide fresh supplies to the city of Ardenholt despite the disease ravaging the city. The King of the time recognised this, and rewarded the family with Nobility, despite the smuggling operations. When designing their crest, the family adopted a black diamond to represent the black spot on their history due to their previous illegal activities.

The House of Lyttelton
Coat of Arms - An orange pheonix arising from red flames upon a green field with a black saltire
Origin - The Lyttelton family were prominant merchants and traders before The Orcish War, and had been granted Nobility for such. However, much of the family lost their lives after signing up to fight in the war, and it was all but wiped out. The family endured, and once again have a small trading empire in Ardenholt. Their Coat of Arms was redesigned to bear a Pheonix to show the hardships the family endured.

The House of Tremayne
Coat of Arms - A yellow sign of the Holy Light upon a field of white with a grey and black border halved vertically
Origin - The Tremayne family have long been close to the King, having one of the prized seats in the secretive order known as The Iron Ring. It is said that the original founder of the family was a member of the Church of the Holy Light, and was close to the King of the time. Titles were bestowed, and to this day, the Tremayne family has close ties to both the King and the Church.

The House of Von Reeste
Coat of Arms - Two silvered moons to the top-right and bottom-left upon a field of black with a purple bend
Origin - Another Noble House that holds a seat in The Iron Ring, little is known of the origins of the Von Reeste family. Rumours abound of shady dealings and ill-gotten wealth, but the Von Reeste family is cunning and has hidden any tracks that could provide evidence of a dark past for the family.

The House of Aramaine
Coat of Arms - A glowing white circle and book upon a blue field with a black pile
Origin - King's of Arden have long sought after all mannor or spellcasters and sorcerers for advice. One of these was the founder of the House of Aramaine, a wise and powerful wizard. The King valued this mage so much that he granted a Noble Title and place within the ranks of The Iron Ring. The Aramaine Household has long since kept up the traditions of old, and many of its members continue to study magic and have ties to Southdale Society of Magic.

The House of Raventhorne
Coat of Arms - A black raven and dagger upon a pale yellow field with a black chief
Founded - 679 AF
Origin - The founder of the organisation known as The Onyx Hand was granted Noblity by the King of the time, and the House of Raventhorne was created. Holding a seat within The Iron Ring, House Raventhorne has long kept ties with the Assassins and Spies of The Onyx Hand, and is privy to secrets that not even the King may know.

The House of Draconus
Coat of Arms - A red dragon upon a black field
Founded - 931 AF
Origin - A recent addition to the Noble Houses of the City of Ardenholt, Nobility was rewarded to the Draconus family at the end of The Orcish War. A renowned Knight and Commander of the conflict who was lauded for their military skills and strategies, they were granted premsises within Ardenholt and also a place within The Iron Ring.
