Evynnflow - Miasma Bomb

The Red & Black become Champions of Terra and recover the third Miasma Bomb from the Elven village of Evynnflow.

After a long, overland journey from the mouth of the Orkrist River, through Terra (and the Celebration Day Tourney), past Eastshade, and down across the central plains of Terra Main, the heroes arrived at Evynnflow. The Arcanists of the village are magically empowering a crystal-like device that they are convinced is a nascent Mythal generator. Through careful negotiation and magical investigation, the heroes reveal that the Mythal device is, in fact, the final Miasma Bomb, sold to the village by Grindstaff, for them to empower until detonation.   Under the cover night, and a local mage who now sees the danger, the heroes left the village with the miasma bomb on a horsecart, their trusty ship days away. Unfortunately for the adventurers, a strike team of Crimson Guard stopped them just outside of town, proclaiming that the Miasma Bomb was in fact a 'Dimensional Bomb', created to banish the extra-planar-blooded individuals of Evynnflow back to their 'home' planes. The Crimson Guard explained that they were aware that the villagers were mistaken about the true nature of the Bomb, and that was all part of the plan.    The two groups came to impasse and combat ensued. The Crimson Mage and Crimson Healer escaped, but the Knight and Assassin were captured, questioned and, eventually, dispatched.   Faelor, true to his word, cast Sending and related instructions and updates between the R&B and Zephir  on board the HMS Darkwynd. The party traveled east along the coast of the Flowing Sea, eventually rejoining their ship and crew, who then set sail for Southton.
