Queendom of Light
The Queendom of Light is the nation in the center of the galaxy, it controls most of the inner systems, Karyndae itself, and the start of both the upper and lower arms, and warp trails.
It is an absolute monarchy led by Light herself, with the aid of Vigilance.
Citizen Council
Light rules her nation with the aid of the citizen council. There are a number of these slots available, and they are elected by lottery from among nominees.
Each incorporated system nominates candidates, who are then voted on by the system's population. The five candidates who receive the most votes are entered into the lottery.
The citizen council only has fifty seats, so the chances of actually winning are quite slim.
There is a new council elected every twenty years.
This councils job is to aid Light in ruling her nation, they inform her on the needs and desires of the people, and make suggestions of how to carry them out.
Governates
All incorporated systems are ruled by governors. This is a most prestigious position within the Queendom, and it is granted only to the most loyal and trusted of Light's followers. They are granted a special blessing, which allows them to form a psychic link to Light. This allows them to communicate with her telepathically from across the galaxy, and it allows her to extend her influence far beyond her home planet of Drovanis.
These blesses governors act as relays for her power and influence.
This connection also allows her to make sure her appointed governors rule her nation the way she intends them to.
Systems that are not ruled by a governor are ruled as a territory, which are collectively administered by the territorial council, a smaller and much less aware section of the government.
Armed Forces
All the armed forces are led by Vigilance, under the oversight of Light, although Vigilance has basically free rein to do what he wants.
The armed forces include any type of weaponized organization, called divisions.
Division Of Investigations (DOI)
This division is in charge of investigating all suspected criminal activity within the Queendom, they do so with the aid of local governates, and citizen reports. They then relay all gathered information to Enforcement, who make most arrests. Still, Investigations is considered a type of armed forces, because they carry weapons, and have the authority to use lethal force if necessary. They can also make arrest in more minor cases, but Enforcement is more qualified for armed and dangerous raids and arrests.
They will also investigate internal matters, any other types of suspected illegal activity, no matter the rank or status of the people involved.
Division Of Enforcement (DOE)
This is the main police force of the Queendom. They do patrols and perform raids on suspected criminal bases. They make most of the arrests, especially when violent resistance is expected. They work closely with Investigations, who provide them with most of their informationabout criminal elements within society.
Division Of Planetary Defense (DOPD)
This division is in charge of defending all inhabited planets They man garrisons and set of planetary shields, and much more. They focus exclusively on defense, but this also includes things like customs and immigration.
Division Of Interstellar Security (DOIS)
This is the space police, they make sure all spacecraft outside of stellar governates are kept safe, they especially focus their attention on commercial and civilian craft, as government craft often get Warfare or Special Forces escorts.
They monitor internal movements of spacecraft, as well as make sure they remain secure. They are the primary division fighting piracy.
Division Of Warfare (DOW)
This is the main army of the Queendom, they are the regular soldiers, focusing on all types of armed conflicts with foreign powers, as well as internal armed conflicts.
Division Of Special Forces (DOSF)
This is the elite army, the most skilled and talented soldiers are selected to be part of this division. They execute the most vital, dangerous, and high-risk type of mission. They are also in charge of covert military operations.
Division Of Support and Reinforcement (DOSR)
This division is in charge of creating, maintaining, and protecting supply lines in times of war, delivering said supplies to the battlefield, and reinforcing troops when necessary. They are also training in medical care and field medicine.
Division Of Coordination (DOC)
This is perhaps the most vital of all divisions, they are in charge of setting up communications between divisions, and coordinating efforts, transmitting requests, and many more things. There aren't actually a lot of arms involved in this, but they do have their own armed squads.
They are the glue that keeps the divisions together, and the oil that makes the military and policing machine run smoothly.

Holy Nation
The nation of Light worships her as a goddess, which of course she is. They have accepted her rule as divine governance and her laws as divine guidance. All her orders are dedicated to her with a religious zeal, even though she does not demand this.
In the begging she had attempted to manage her followers zeal, but realizing this to be futile, she let them belive what they wanted, however, she is careful not to put the overzealous in charge of thing too important, and she makes sure that the more moderate of the followers are not prejudiced against.
Lumin Order
The lumin order is an organization as old as the Queendom itself, they are Light's magical forces. They operate independently from any other governmental organizations, and report to Light directly. They high command has a simular psychic link to her as the governors do.
Division Heads
Division head is the highest achievable position in any of Vigilances armed forces, Vigilance doesn't form psychic links, like light does, but he does grant special powers, making the heads of divisions special warriors indeed.
