The Senate
The Senate holds the Legislative Power in the Shadow Republic. It consists of 21 members, elected from amongst the recognized Kindred. In practice, votes go as much to Covenants as they do to individuals.
The Senate elects a Presiding Senator amongst their members, to oversee the practicalities of their work.
