Treaty of Innsmouth

"Deligates, dignitaries, and royal processions lit up the streets in the large port town of Innsmouth where finally peace would be achieved."


Treaty signed between members of each civilized nation ending The War and setting forth the following conditions of the treaty.
1) Each nation will end all military actions immediately and for a mandatory period of 30 years.
2) Each nation will immediately surrender any artifacts in possession to the Guild of the Silver Sages - [NG] so that they may be stored in The Vault.
3) Each nation will donate 10% of their treasuries to a mutual Merchant Guild account to be split amongst the families of those slain in The Last Battle.
4) Any nation whom breaks these tennants will be subject to trade embargoes, GDP fines, and possible military action but the other nation states.
