Delvithr (Del-vith'r)
Delvithr is a large town with a shielded port located on the west shores of the Blackriver and is connected to the valley with a long bridge. Because the Blackriver sees large spring floods, the town boasts tall and strong stone walls facing the river. The port of the town sits within the wals, with secondary walls facing the settlement. The settlement has impressive fortifications and quarters stores to weather sieges.
Government
The town is ruled by Eirmann Yeermen Urnarson who is sworn to Fylkingsmann Bargar.
The law master is eldermann Mirka Dagurson, a retired adventurer.
Assets
The lands surrounding the town are fertile and dominated by farmlands and smaller villages. The port ensures steady trade on the river with the exception of the spring flood. There are iron mines in the hills near the black woods, and the trade road moves past the town. There is a small influx of Darws in the town, thanks to the flow of iron and lesser metals.
